Jason Lackey has been into technology since learning BASIC on a MULTICS mainframe back in the day. With a background in enterprise IT and web, Jason has years of experience with running help desks, blue screens of death and cries for help. As InnoPath's demo guy, he gets to play with both phones and servers, a very happy thing for a gadget freak. Although a technology junkie, having lived on the dark side of the support equation, he has been accused of Luddite tendencies when given a choice between something new and something that works. Jason lives in Silicon Valley with his wife and a tank full of African Cichlids and is an avid motorcyclist and Japanophile.
