Rick's extensive background includes a long career at Hewlett Packard where he covered a broad range of leadership and strategic roles. For over 7 years he had responsibility for HP's Global Customer Experience Management program where his primary focus was to build a discipline and culture of "end-to-end" customer experience management and design capabilities. This capability helped businesses understand, design, prioritize and differentiate experiences from a customer-centric point of view. Rick is co-inventor of a patent-pending customer experience design capability and delivers a powerful and passionate approach to define, design and deploy customer experiences. He feels strongly that customer experience management and design is critical in providing a competitive difference for companies moving forward, while achieving significant customer loyalty and business results.
