New North American Customer Seminar Series from Verint Witness Actionable Solutions

With the complimentary seminar series, Verint is offering interactive, one-day seminars throughout October that focused on intelligence in customer interactions, improving operational effectiveness and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Tips and contact center industry trends and perspectives will also be  covered.
 
Verint made headlines recently for receiving a "strong positive" rating from Gartner for their "MarketScope for Contact Center Quality."
 
A "strong positive" is the highest possible rating and indicates that the vendor is a “solid provider of strategic products, services or solutions” as well as offers a guideline for users to either continue investments or consider the vendor a strong strategic choice.
 
Verint senior VP and general manager Nancy Treaster commented,  “We believe this highest possible rating from Gartner further reinforces our commitment to the complete range of QM and recording solutions from both the legacy Verint and Witness organizations; ongoing technology innovation, such as our integrated speech and data analytics offering; and customer success."
