CyraCom Deploys Impact 360 Workforce Optimization Solution

Verint Systems Inc. has announced that CyraCom, a healthcare language services provider, has elected to deploy the next-generation Impact 360 workforce optimization (WFO) solutions from Verint Witness Actionable Solutions.


The implementation is set to take place across all of the company’s business units in an effort to further support its remote workforce across the United States. This WFO solution is expected to enable CyraCom to effectively manage its remote workforce no matter their location.
 
With more than 1,000 healthcare customers in the United States, CyraCom interprets roughly 150 languages on average per day. In doing so, the company leverages the language capabilities of hundreds of employees and independent contractors.

CyraCom has experienced strong growth and demonstrated a commitment to providing high quality interactions. As a result, the company has been placed on the Inc. 500 and has earned such honors as the InfoWorld 100 award for innovative use of technology within healthcare.

“What appealed to us most about the Impact 360 suite was the full range of workforce optimization functionality in a single solution with a consistent look and feel,” said Chris Patten, director of systems, CyraCom, in a Wednesday statement.

Beyond leveraging Impact 360’s strengths in quality management, forecasting and scheduling, CyraCom also expects to benefit from the performance management and eLearning functionality that are part of the solution.

When joining the CyraCom team, all interpreters go through a rigorous training program to receive the education needed on medical technologies, terminology and procedures, as well as with subsequent development throughout the year.
