R-Group International now Interactive Intelligence Elite Partner

Customer experience solutions provider Interactive Intelligence for the past few years has been actively expanding its international reach through a combination of expanding the number of vibrant local and regional channel partners, and even acquiring some based on unique market circumstances. As reported in a posting on the website CSO the company has added Perth, Australia-based R-Group International as an Elite Partner in the growing market “land down under” market.


The partnership agreement enables R-Group to provide sales, service and support nationwide for the entire Interactive Intelligence solutions portfolio—which can be deployed in the cloud or on-premises and include contact center, unified communications, and business process automation capabilities for organizations of any size.

This is a nice fit for the two partners. As Joshua Newton, Managing Director, R-Group International, said, “R-Group had been seeking a suitable partner in the contact center space and trialed a range of options. The Interactive Intelligence suite of solutions presented a fully-featured offering backed up by a well-established and professional organization.” In addition, R-Group is a Microsoft Partner with deep Microsoft Lync experience which complements the Interactive Intelligence solution for Lync.

Newton added, “Our expectation is that the Interactive Intelligence partnership will enable R-Group to pursue larger opportunities in the telecommunications space that require a comprehensive call centre solution. We're excited about this new partnership and working together with Interactive Intelligence for some great outcomes.”

For its part, Interactive Intelligence is obviously delighted. It should be noted that Elite Partners are as the name suggests, elite and are the highest level of channel partner.
