Connexio Labs, a developer of cloud-based solutions recently joined the Twilio Partner Program.
San Francisco, CA- based Twilio is a software and cloud-based communications platform company that has been enabling developers and businesses to rapidly build and deploy communication solutions that meet their specific needs. Twilio Solution Partner Program allows its partners to have access to sales and marketing resources as well as the technical support that they need to succeed and solve their customers’ communications challenges.
Twilio’s Solution Partner Program includes: Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and System Integrators (SIs). Solution ISVs can deliver a complete solution with communications powered by Twilio while Solution SIs can integrate or build Twilio into a customer’s existing solution to enable communications capabilities or build new applications for a client.
"With the Twilio integration in place, our clients can execute complex multi-channel marketing campaigns without replacing their existing telecommunications infrastructure," Chris Williams president and chief operating officer at Connexio Labs said in a statement.
"Even more valuable, this cloud-based solution – a 'virtual' outbound call center, if you will – can be easily administered by non-technical users," Williams added.
As indicated, Connexio Labs will be building Connexio Talk on Twilio's communications API platform. Connexio Talk will now leverage Twilio's software and cloud-based communications platform to provide B2B clients with an intuitive, easy-to-use, pay-as-you-go communications platform. Connexio Talk is an outbound calling platform that integrates with existing CRM and automated marketing tools by connecting with their most promising opportunities in just one click.
