BrightBox Solutions Adds Licensing Model to its Help Desk Premier Software

BrightBox Solutions, a customer support solutions provider, recently announced the launch and availability of a hybrid solution combining its flag-ship product Help Desk Premier software and the option to license the software on an ongoing basis. A new and unique pay-as-you-go pricing model combines the two separate service offerings and provides a license for a customized help desk software product that caters to the customers’ needs and price range. The solutions can be purchased separately.


Joe Davoren, President of BrightBox Solutions, said, “We’re already known as one of the lowest priced, yet highest quality help desk software options available, and we’re excited to now be able to provide our customers with even lower priced options. We’re always focused on bringing a combination of the best possible product and value to our customers, which is why we’re rolling out this hybrid pricing option.”

The new pricing option allows customers the opportunity to license the Help Desk Premier software wherein the customers will pay only once for the software and continue to pay for the hosting service based on their requirements. The cost of hosting services has been reduced significantly and can be as low as $20 per month for up to 10 users. The Professional edition starts at 9.95 for 5 users. The pricing is based on a combination of the modules required by the customers and the number of users. The customers are also provided with an alternative option where the application can be hosted under a different agreement and can be moved to their own network or server at any time without paying any penalty.

Help Desk Premier offers a cost-effective, secure, scalable, easy-to-use and powerful interface. Key components of the software include rapid customization and management of common requests; seamless migration and integration with smart Active Directory integration; and single-point management of assets, tickets and staff.
