SYSPRO Named Among Finalists for American Business Award for Customer Service

SYSPRO, a provider of on-premises and cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, recently announced that it has been named a finalist for an American Business Award ("Stevie") in the category “Customer Service Department of the Year Computer Software 100 or More Employees.” Officials from SYSPRO said that such recognition is due to the company’s 98-percent customer retention rate.

We focus on the continuous improvement of their businesses, helping them to migrate to higher levels via the innovative use of technology and people," said Joey Benadretti, SYSPRO USA president, in a press release. "SYSPRO is exemplary of a company that exemplifies the 'culture, strategy, and processes' component of IDC's CX taxonomy. "

The company pointed out that elevating customer satisfaction is not just the responsibility of the SYSPRO customer service staff, but also of every SYSPRO employee.  SYSPRO’s customer relations and retention efforts were also recently recognized by IDC Analyst Mary Wardley, noting, "The 'century of the customer' has centered on increasing customer experience and, powered by social media, is motivating organizations to invest in their customer-handling infrastructure."

"SYSPRO is exemplary of a company that exemplifies the 'culture, strategy, and processes' component of IDC's CX taxonomy," she added.

SYSPRO markets its ERP solutions to manufacturing and distribution companies. The company noted that it currently caters to over 15,000 licensed companies in more than 60 countries worldwide. 

The winner of the “Stevie” award will be announced February 21st
