THECALLR recently announced that it will use the enterprise cloud solution from Verizon Communications to support its business expansion across the globe. Designed to deliver advanced security, scalability, and extensive flexibility, Verizon's cloud solution is expected to host 70 percent of THECALLR's services.

THECALLR specializes in providing its customers who use voice solutions for marketing with call-tracking and marketing-automation services. The company's clients include companies in the banking, debt recovery, and retail sectors. THECALLR's IT infrastructure was co-located originally across a number of third party data centers in Paris.
However, given the aggressive business expansion experienced by the company, operating within this inflexible model was proving to be difficult with respect to both cost and maintenance complexities. Having been a customer of Verizon, THECALLR decided to use Verizon's private enterprise cloud solution for supporting its future growth plans.
