Regional Canadian Customer Conference in Montreal to be Hosted by Interactive Intelligence

On October 8-9, the Regional Canadian Customer Conference will be held in Montreal, and this year’s event will be hosted by the Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. The event’s general sessions will cover cloud and on-premises business communications software and services with special insurance-focused sessions.


Interactive Intelligence Group is a global provider of software and services that are designed to improve the customer experience.

The conference agenda for October 8 includes an Interactive Intelligence product and services overview. It will also feature demos and product futures presentation. After the presentations a dinner will be served that will give the opportunity for those in attendance to network with Interactive Intelligence senior executives and other consumers.

On Wednesday, Oct. 9, the conference's agenda is devoted to Interactive Intelligence customers and prospects from the insurance industry. The agenda includes an industry trends presentation from Strategy Meets Action Analyst Mark Breading. Hosts will also touch on the subject of big data and analytics, and an overview of Interactive Intelligence insurance solutions.
