Comverse Introduces New ONE Billing & Active Customer Management Solution

Comverse recently announced the release of its new ONE Billing & Active Customer Management solution.  The latest offering from Comverse has been designed to provide enhanced customer experience, virtualization, 4G/IP monetization, and an optimized deployment capability. 


In a statement, Gani Nayak, SVP Systems & Solutions at Comverse, said “CSPs around the world using Comverse ONE have seamlessly supported new business models and lines of business, increased ARPUs by more than 5%, increased marketing targeting effectiveness and upsell ability, reduced time to market by up to 90%, and seen efficiency gains as high as 75%. Comverse understands that each CSP may have a different evolution path to IP. Our portfolio is focused on making that evolution efficient. This includes new monetization capabilities as provided by this new Comverse ONE release, modernization of service delivery – including IP messaging and RCS – and related Managed Services offering.”

Comverse ONE has already seen deployment by communication service providers who are keen on driving business results via the solution’s single-system approach to BSS convergence.

Some of the key highlights of the Comverse New ONE Billing & Active Customer Management solution include: extensive support for new charging scenarios due to development of 4G/LTE in addition to charging for VoLTE and device and service type charging; customer experience capabilities, including advanced targeted campaign and communication enhancement; and improved guided customer service interactions for optimized service.
