PageUp People Unveils Enhanced Contingent Workforce Analytics Solution

PageUp People has unveiled the newest upgrades to its Contingent Management solution. The unified talent management system will now offer contingent workforce analytics, aiming to help organizations save on contract labor expenses.


PageUp People’s Contingent Management solution showcases the company’s proficiency in vendor administration and extension management. With it, PageUp says, organizations can benefit from additional cutbacks in vendor margins and conversion fees. Features like mobile administration of timesheets, contract spend trend analysis, computerized alerts, instantaneous reporting and bulk actions are intended to decrease expenses for organizations and improve experiences for contractors and managers.

Important metrics pertaining to organizations and business divisions will now be available on a single view analytic dashboard. Metrics like contract spending, contractor quality and salary comparisons are now simultaneously visible, allowing organizations to take instantaneous mission-critical business decisions.

The mobile release of the Contingent Management solution allows PageUp People’s customers to recruit and handle their increasing contractor base in a simplified manner. Apart from eliminating the need for additional technologies, the mobile release is designed to allow customers to decrease expenses associated with hiring of contractors.

Contractors and managers can now fill up and approve timesheets using mobile devices equipped with the upgrades included in the latest release. The enhanced Contingent Management solution offers transparency and computerization across the contractor lifecycle, from recruitment to contract renewal. Customers are also offered visibility into expenses, extensions and off-boarding of contractors, thereby decreasing risk and possibility of error. Ideally, with this insight, customers can take calculated business decisions, resulting in increased cost proficiencies and quality of contractor engagements.
