WMSI Launches Next Generation Call Center Platform to Provide Retirement Plan

June 18, 2013

Wealth Management Systems Inc. (WMSI), provider of technology based rollover services within the financial services industry,  is launching a Web based call center platform that will enable clients to create a centralized system that can be easily accessed by call center representatives in different locations, all of which will benefit from processing efficiencies for multiple transaction types.

The WMSI platform is designed for call centers in the retirement service industry to help representatives process retirement related transactions efficiently. This enables clients to create customized workflows for each transaction type. WMSI’s call center technology is scalable and highly customizable for retirement customers.

WMSI supports several types of transactions like retirement plan enrollments, plan-to-plan rollovers, annuity processing, distribution processing, and fund mapping elections. Its technology can also re-purpose recordkeeping data for product account openings or to channel lead referrals to advisors. This provides the flexibility to customize the user interface to provide real time guidance to their representatives during point of call and helps eliminate processing errors while reducing call times, processing timeframes and representative training requirements.

“In today’s competitive retirement landscape, increasing assets under management is highly dependent upon a firm’s ability to leverage data to deliver more personalized services and value to customers in point of service interactions,” said John Geli, CEO of WMSI. “Our Call Center Platform is a very cost effective way for firms to harness data, streamline process flows and enhance customer interactions to yield quantifiable results.”

The system also provides the ability to run on-demand custom reports and data mining queries, and even the ability to print personalized marketing collateral using WMSI’s in-house print and fulfillment capabilities.
