Latitude Software Releases Major Upgrade to Its Debt Collection Software

Latitude Software released a major upgrade to its software suite, Latitude Center. Some of the new features include a new dashboard tool, an online data center, and access to a service request gateway.


Latitude Software, an Interactive Intelligence Group company, supports first party creditors, collection agencies, and other debt buyers with a set of solutions designed specifically to manage all aspects of debt collection. The company, which was founded in 1997, currently serves more than 250 companies nationwide in helping them manage, collect and maintain their debt collection services.

“The Latitude Software solution delivers substantial long-term value by making operations more efficient, accelerating the collection process, streamlining communications, and expanding operational visibility,” said Latitude.

The Interactive Intelligence Company is always looking for the latest development tools and database technologies to help make their solutions even faster and more effective – and now it looks like customers will have access to a brand new set of tools this week.

According to a press release, Latitude Software will be releasing Latitude Cube, a new online data service that will give customers multidimensional views into their transactions; Latitude Dashboard Tool, which will bring all of the services into one user-friendly location and enable customers to build their own performance dashboards from a variety of data; and Service Request Gateway, which will support access to real time credit reports.

In addition, the service is completely cloud-compatible – meaning users don’t even need to be in-house to check on the credit reports, analyze the numbers, or login to the dashboard. All can be managed through a variety of locations, opening the door for collection agencies and creditors to hire at-home agents to work on collecting the debt more efficiently. 

"Our latest upgrade was designed to help customers collect debt more quickly and effectively through new functionality such as sophisticated online analytical processing, tools to build customized performance dashboards, and real-time access to credit reports," said Carl Harkleroad, Latitude Software division vice president of sales for Interactive Intelligence.
