Florida-based Inktel Contact Center Solutions, a provider of outsourced contact center solutions, will become the first partner to become the recipient of MonkeyMedia Software’s MMS Catering Institute Industry Affiliation Program.
MonkeyMedia Software is a provider of complete catering solutions that serve the needs of multi-unit restaurant operators.

MonkeyMedia Software launched the MMS Catering Institute recently as an education and certification institute for restaurants. This will ensure that the management and all other team members strive to enhance the catering service delivery and other off-premise programs of their organization.
“We can leverage their expertise and software through Inktel’s contact center solutions, which include everything from live voice to outbound calls, and click-to-chat, as well as support for email, SMS and social,” said Schlenker.
The MonkeyMedia industry affiliation program will enable Inktel to help its multi-unit restaurant clients by offering optimized software solutions and contact center support.
According to officials over 100 Inktel catering agents were certified through the industry affiliation program as part of MonkeyMedia Software’s Catering Institute.
The program serves the needs of industry partners desirous to be certified in the five pillars of restaurant catering including leadership, centralized services, sales and marketing, operations and delivery. The certification process will offer Inktel access to resources, training classes, education manuals, and ongoing assessment schedules.
