3CLogic Integrates Hosted Call Center Solutions with Infusionsoft's Sales and Marketing Software

3CLogic, a provider of hosted call center solutions, today unveiled its integration with Infusionsoft, an all-in-one sales and marketing software for small businesses.  The Rockville, MD-based 3CLogic offers a full suite of cloud based inbound and outbound customer interaction channels such as voice, chat, and social media, which integrate with existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. The company’s cloud-based contact centers are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).


Thanks to the integrated cloud-based contact center from 3CLogic and Infusionsoft, customer service reps will have a 360 degree view of all voice, chat, and social media interactions with clients. Meanwhile the integration with Infusionsoft is also expected to increase contact center efficiency and campaign execution, according to company officials.

Infusionsoft’s sales and marketing software for small businesses combines customer relationship management (CRM), marketing and e-commerce. Customers can launch telemarketing campaigns or reach prospects with one click. All call center capabilities can be launched directly from cloud.
