ICMI Hosting Webinar to Address Three Top Trends of Award-Winning Call Centers

The International Customer Management Institute (ICMI) is hosting a webinar on Thursday, August 2, 2012 at 10 AM Pacific / 1 PM Eastern time. Contact center professionals, eager to find out the secret of the call center success, can attend and benefit from the event, which promises to divulge up-and-coming contact center trends.
