Unified IP business communications software company, Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. announced this week that it was positioned by research company, Gartner in the leaders quadrant of its “2012 Magic Quadrant for Contact Center Infrastructure, Worldwide” report.
The report provides an analysis of vendors in the contact center market based on their ability to execute and completeness of vision. To land in the Leaders Quadrant, a company must demonstrate both a clear vision for a market sector and the ability to achieve that vision. According to Gartner, these companies demonstrate market-defining vision and the ability to execute the vision through products, services, demonstrable sales figures, and solid new references for multiple geographies and vertical industries.
Interactive Intelligence says it's proud of the achievement and credits it to additional effort and investment in its contact center holdings.
