Videlica to Distribute VHT Conversation Bridge

June 27, 2012

Virtual Hold Technology, specializing in enterprise conversation strategies to enhance customer experience, announced that Videlica, headquartered in Dublin, Ireland will become a member of its vendor-partner network. Videlica is expected to resell the Conversation Bridge multichannel callback solution for customer-focused companies.

Wes Hayden, VHT CEO, commented in a release, “Videlica is well-respected internationally, and we are pleased to join with them to extend the reach of our customer experience solutions.”

VHT helps companies effectively transition interactions from self-service to the customer service personnel, who can help the customer regardless of interaction channel. VHT multichannel callback solution enables easy connectivity cost effectively.

The Virtual Hold Technology Conversation Bridge eliminates self-service dead ends and connects self-service applications and contact center representatives. This helps avoid starting all over again for customers who may have to repeat account information or wait on hold. The Conversation Bridge helps maintain a consistent experience across all channels and enhances customer experience whether they contact over the phone, on the Web, in a smartphone app, on an online social community or through a TV-console app.

Videlica functions from six international offices and serves customers in 13 countries including Brazil, Argentina, Columbia, Mexico, England and Ireland. The company will resell the VHT solution in these 13 countries, said officials.

Videlica CEO, Andrew Salisbury said, “Together, VHT and Videlica are a powerful global solutions provider for businesses that value their customer relationships. This partnership will enable us to continue to answer increasing demand for customer-centric solutions that elevate the customer experience in both Europe and South America.”

Virtual Hold Technology announced recently that its ‘A System and Method for Establishing Automated Call Back Using a Mobile Communication Device’ was awarded a patent by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. This expands the company’s portfolio to include apps for mobile devices such as smartphones.
