InRule Partners with MidAmerica Consulting Group for Health, Human Services Case Mgmt

May 02, 2012

When companies buy complex solutions to manage business processes, ease of use and configurability are essential. Solutions too complex for laypersons to manipulate lead to systems used improperly.

NET Business Rule Management Systems company InRule Technology announced today that it has formed a partnership with MidAmerica Consulting Group. The goal of the partnership is to deliver case management solutions for health and human services (HHS) that are “citizen-centered,” cost-effective and easily configurable without code.

Deploying solutions that are easily configurable is a key attribute when HHS programs and their supporting systems must change. These changes may be due to adjustments in government policy, funding, key metrics such as the Federal Poverty Level, and common calculations such as MAGI (Modified Adjusted Gross Income).

InRule solutions are designed to allow business users to maintain decision logic, calculations and rules in business language, without code, ensuring that systems are aligned with frequently changing government policies and that they are transparent, auditable and easily updated.

InRule has been deployed in Medicaid management information systems (MMIS), eligibility systems and chronic disease management systems.

MidAmerica Consulting Group, a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner of the Year for Public Sector, delivers Dynamics for HHS, an integrated case management solution built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Dynamics for HHS applies the infrastructure provided by Microsoft Dynamics CRM to deliver cost-effective solutions for HHS organizations, providing a 360-degree client centric view, including New York State Office for Developmental Disabilities and State of Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities.

“MidAmerica Consulting Group brings proven success in case management for Health and Human Services as well as a strong Dynamics CRM practice,” Theresa O'Neil, SVP of Business Development for InRule Technology, said in a press release. “By using the premier .NET business rule solution with the leading HHS solution for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, we are able to offer clients a path to the most flexible and cost-efficient HHS systems.”
