RKe to Integrate Interactive Intelligence CIC in Saudi Arabia

Interactive Intelligence Group Inc., a Unified IP business communications company from Indianapolis, IN, is going to Saudi Arabia, announcing it has entered an agreement with Saudi reseller RKe to promote and distribute Interactive Intelligence's contact center automation, unified communications and business process automation solutions in the Kingdom.


RKe, a systems integrator for telecom operators and regional service providers, intends to broaden its scope to all market segments and verticals with the addition of Interactive Intelligence's solutions to its product portfolio. RKe will distribute the company's Customer Interaction Center (CIC) IP platform.

The solution provides a complete phone system for business users, combining Microsoft application integrations and messaging along with remote and mobile access. In addition to promoting Interactive Intelligence's services, RKe Technology will provide consultancy, custom development, solution integration and support.
