GetApp.Com Releases Infographic Highlighting Industry's 28 Leading Online CRM and Social CRM Apps

There is no dearth of CRM and Social CRM solutions ion the market and GetApp.com, a global online marketplace for business apps, recently released an infographic that aims to educate businesses on how to choose the right CRM and Social CRM applications for meet their needs.


Social CRM adds the social media capabilities to the traditional customer relationship management. The Social CRM solutions are aimed at engaging with customers through Social Media in order to build trust and loyalty. The social CRM allows the companies to keep a track of the users who are recommending or who are criticizing its products. This enables a company to effectively respond to positive or negative feedback and quickly take up appropriate actions to address customer problems.

The GetApp.com infographic compares 28 leading Social CRM applications that have integrated social media features with CRM or HelpDesk solutions. This comparative analysis is aimed at helping the apps developers to choose the right product for their needs. The comparison was made on the basis of publicly available information relating to company size, popularity, social media presence, ease of integration, trust factors and mobile applications availability, the company noted in a press release.

According to GetApp.com research, Salesforce.com is the most popular online CRM solution with Zoho CRM, Highrise CRM and Microsoft Dynamics as runner-ups.

In the Social CRM category, GetSatifaction from Desk.com grabbed the top slot, while Zendesk and SproutSocial were named the runner-ups.

NetSuite CRM was named the best solution in terms of functionality and integration capabilities. Salesforce.com and Desk.com were named the runner-ups in this category.
