Interested in Mobile CRM? Take the Aberdeen Survey!



As sales organizations increasingly tap into software tools while telecommuting or in the field, questions arise about how to best roll out sales force automation (SFA) or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms across the entire business.
 
For example, how does your organization determine the effectiveness of the SFA/CRM solution? Who uses it and how often? Does the procurement decision rest with the sales force or should it involve other departments?
 
To that degree, IT research and analysis firm Aberdeen Group is launching a study examining the issues impacting SFA/CRM adoption. In a benchmark report to be entitled “Mobile Customer Relationship Management (mCRM),” Aberdeen analysts will focus on what best practices are being employed by organizations classified as best-in-class and how can those lessons be leveraged by organizations just beginning their mCRM initiative.
