NextiraOne Obtains Cisco's Unified Contact Centre Enterprise ATP Status

NextiraOne (News - Alert) has said that it has achieved the Unified Contact Centre Enterprise Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) status from Cisco.

Calling the obtaining of ATP (News - Alert) certification a “very important achievement” for NextiraOne Italy, Roberto Pesce CEO of NextiraOne Italy, said that the new certification demonstrates the excellence the company has achieved in supporting the customers on the most advanced contact centre solutions and the company’s expertise in highly innovative infrastructure and applications.

The new status recognizes that NextiraOne has fulfilled the training requirements and program prerequisites to sell, deploy and support Cisco (News - Alert) Unified Contact Centre solutions, which are developed for high-end enterprise contact centre marketplace.

“It is primarily recognition of the expertise achieved by our team of highly skilled experts who represent the real added value for us and for our partners,” Pesce said.

NextiraOne had to meet a number of requirements to qualify for the Cisco Unified Contact Centre ATP status. The company had to achieve the Cisco Advanced Unified Communications (News - Alert) Specialisation as well as well maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

The qualification process also requires that channel partners must have staff that can fulfill specific job responsibilities. And, partners are also required to build a lab for development and customer-fault replication.

The lab must contain current, upgraded and maintained Cisco Unified CCE solutions, each configured for real-world testing to simulate actual end-user conditions, according to one of the requirements.

Authorized Technology Provider Partners are instrumental in helping Cisco successfully deploy advanced networking technologies that deliver operational improvements and a competitive advantage, said Eric Moyal, channel director for indirect sales at Cisco Italy.

“As a Cisco Unified Contact Centre Enterprise ATP Partner, NextiraOne has invested in the skills necessary to bring enterprise-class contact centre solutions to our joint customers,” Moyal said.

NextiraOne is an international company that designs, installs, maintains and supports business solutions and communications services for over 60,000 private and public sector customers.

Last month, NextiraOne said that it successfully extended the reach of its contact center solutions for the company's business customers.
