NextiraOne Extends Reach of its Genesys Gold Partner Status in Four European Regions

NextiraOne (News - Alert), provider of communications services in Europe, announced that it has successfully extended the reach of its high quality contact center solutions for the company's business customers. At present NextiraOne is the one contact center specialist that has successfully achieved the Genesys (News - Alert) Gold Certified Partner status across four regions in Europe. Additionally, the company has to its credit 41 individual certifications in France, Germany, Benelux, and CSE.

The Genesys Gold Partner status certification has enabled NextiraOne to provide its European and globally based enterprise customers with a wide suite of advanced contact center solutions which have been designed to address the various complex contact centre needs. The Partner Program from Genesys has been introduced to support the company's customer community by improving Genesys skills delivered by its partners.

The Gold Certified Partner Program from Genesys, which was launched in 2005, is the highest qualification certification status given to the partners of Genesys. The Genesys Gold Certified Partner status was accorded to NextiraOne based on its proven knowledge and experience and its constant efforts to offer customers with high quality solutions and services.

To get re-certified as a Gold Partner, NextiraOne was required to clear a number of strict audits for its business services and processes and product training as well as certification. The last step in the re-certification program was to demonstrate its ability to enhance Genesys investments for its clients to benefit from higher ROI and provide higher customer satisfaction levels while ensuring an effective reduction in costs.

Genesys accords its partners with the Gold Certification status based on their ability to meet criteria which include proven skills in implementation of complex customer solutions such as SIP or IP infrastructures. Partners must also demonstrate proven history in advanced reports, self-service systems, and workforce optimisation solutions in addition to customer centric implementations.

The partners must additionally demonstrate proven customer satisfaction via surveys of customers and through references of customers deploying various technology solutions. The certification program also requires partners of Genesys to have a full lab system for the different Genesys products and requires the partners to deliver comprehensive employee training for the various Genesys products. Additionally, partners must have in place professional services models and a robust technical support infrastructure as well as practices and personnel.
