Altitude Software, TelCentris Enter into Partnership

October 26, 2009

Altitude Software, an independent global contact center solutions vendor, and TelCentris Inc., a new type of telephony company and the creator of VoxOx, reportedly have partnered to deliver Altitude’s feature-rich multimedia contact center solutions hosted over TelCentris’ Unified Communications Service Delivery Platform.

TelCentris' Unified Communications Service Delivery Platform is a turnkey, carrier class solution that enables VARs, wireless operators, ISPs and other organizations, regardless of size, to launch profitable VoIP offerings in a matter of days while minimizing upfront capital expenditures.

Altitude Software officials said that by combining the company’s uCI customer interaction management suite with TelCentris’ state-of-the-art hosted IP-PBX services, customers get a seamlessly integrated solution that solves both inbound and outbound contact center requirements in such a comprehensive manner.

The Altitude uCI is a suite of contact center software solutions that provides businesses with a SIP-based multimedia call center solution and a wealth of advanced features, including unified desktops, routing, reporting, dialing, voice portal, management and open integration via Web services and/or Altitude connectors.

Company officials said that the partnership and combined hosted solution is the first of its kind in North America. Previously, organizations had to contend with disparate, difficult to manage systems, or spend hundreds of thousands of dollars for an expensive, on-premise system to get similar capabilities.

“Through this partnership, Altitude and TelCentris are able to offer the industry a single, cost-effective solution for robust contact center management,” said Bryan Hertz, CEO and co-founder of TelCentris, in a statement.

Hertz said that few hosted solutions worldwide can match the depth and quality of this offering, including predictive dialing for outbound calling, and easily customizable automated call distribution for inbound call management.

Company officials said that the combined solution is completely customizable and can be up and running within a matter of days, not months like many on-premises solutions, with little to no capital investment.

“Altitude uCI is a highly-flexible and fully integrated contact center suite that supports an increasing number of service delivery models, from hosted to on-premise solutions,” said Mark Lepko, president of Altitude Software USA, in a statement.

Lepko said that this partnership allows organizations to use a powerful, highly scalable, customizable multimedia contact center solution at a very competitive cost.
