IT Experts Joins Entuity's Global Channel Partner Network

Entuity, a provider of network management solutions and a developer of the Eye of the Storm (EYE) software suite, announced that IT Experts CA, a provider of advanced solutions for IT service management throughout Venezuela, South America, Central America and the Caribbean and a BMC partner for over eight years, has joined its Entuity Channel Partner Network (ECPnet).


Entuity is stated to be actively seeking channel partners, managed service providers, and systems integrators who wish to complement their current framework or elemental tools offerings with the low cost, easy-to-deploy EYE network management suite.

Headquartered in Caracas, Venezuela, IT Experts has been supplying custom IT solutions for a variety of enterprises, including financial institutions, retail companies, telecoms, and hospitals, in South America, Central America, and the Caribbean. The company claims to have been helping its customers to supply the level of IT service performance and reliability needed to keep their organizations successful.

Entuity’s EYE is said to deliver a strong network management solution that can support the complex needs of these IT-dependent businesses. The software automatically and continually discovers and captures in-depth network data and analytics, and at the same time also is said to offer integrated fault, device, and flow-based network performance management capabilities.

Our customers will now be able to effectively manage their IT resources and see a fast, tangible return on their investment. EYE’s value stems from allowing customers to take control of their network, reduce operating costs, and strengthen their ability to see how everything on the network is tied together,” said Julio Cesar Medina, business director at IT Experts C. A.
 
Medina also clarified that this software can be integrated with many of the BMC applications.
 
“IT Experts brings a wealth of new opportunities in territories that have yet to take advantage of EYE’s proactive network management capabilities,” said Peter Licursi, vice president, global sales, at Entuity, in a release. “Eye of the Storm is an affordable solution enables IT Experts’ customers to improve service delivery, maximize their IT resources, and even develop green IT programs.”

Licursi stated that this partnership will bring the ability to meet contemporary IT needs more efficiently to a broader set of organizations in South America and the Caribbean.
