NetQoS Expands Global Presence with Channel Partnerships

November 03, 2008

NetQoS has expanded its global presence by entering into new partnerships in Africa, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Europe and Latin America.

NetQoS provides network performance management software and services that improve application delivery across the world’s most complex networks. More than 900 service providers, government agencies, and large enterprises – including half of the Fortune 100 – use the NetQoS Performance Center to monitor application service levels, troubleshoot problems quickly, and plan for change.

NetQoS expects that the new channel partnerships would help it to build and support its growing global client base with products and services that enable large organizations to optimize their networks for application performance.

“The need for advanced network and application performance management technologies is great, especially in emerging markets where complex network demands are sometimes addressed only with fault management tools,” said Scott Sherwood, vice president of worldwide sales for NetQoS, in a statement.

“We have carefully selected strategic partners in both established and emerging markets that will help organizations improve application delivery across their networks with NetQoS products and services.”

South Africa based MICROmega Technologies (MMT) NetQoS new partner would help NetQoS expand its regional presence in Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America through an established network of Cisco Gold Partners.

Moreover, it also offers the expertise to deploy and integrate the NetQoS Performance Center in customer environments.

“The NetQoS product suite is exceptional in its breadth, depth, and ability to scale to the largest global networks,” said Tony Rolston, Group CEO of MICROmega Technologies. Rolston was of the view that MICROmega is uniquely positioned to convey the value of NetQoS technology and deploy it for customers who need to be on the leading edge of network and application performance management.

In Asia Pacific NetFrontier would be the new partner for NetQoS, which would help NetQoS to build on its success in the region by helping companies in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan improve network performance and application delivery.

NetQoS has also expanded its European sales efforts recently with new partnerships in France, Sweden, and the U.K.
