transcosmos Introduces Contact Center Solution with Enriched SMS Features

transcosmos, inc. will soon offers an internally developed contact center solution called Contact-Link,  with enhanced SMS (Short Message Service) features.

With the introduction of the Contact-Link solution, transcosmos aims to offer two way communications for contact center’s correspondences via phone, email, websites and SMS.

This enhanced SMS features will help contact centers to comprehend effective inbound/outbound communications and also achieve uniformed management of correspondence history with customers. Contact-Link comes with many business templates based on transcosmos’ operational excellence, and can respond to clients’ requests when launched.

Also, transcosmos analytics, a subsidiary of transcosmos, which specializes in conducting research and analysis, is in charge of conducting a score based on customer attributes and activity history to help identify high-accuracy target. Cost-effectively, this method enables improvement in efficacy and efficiency of business measures as well.
