Last Chance to Enter Extreme Contact Center Makeover Contest

Many of us like to procrastinate. There is in fact an old saying, “Don’t do today what you can put off until tomorrow,” that many people believe is a rule not an exception. However, there are deadlines to consider, and for those of you who have put off entering, today is the last day you can register to enter the unprecedented opportunity for an extreme makeover of your contact center. You read correctly, if you are the lucky winner of the Interactive Intelligence’s Customer Experience Makeover: Contact Center Style contest, your company’s contact center operations will be made over by one of the industry’s recognized leaders and a host of associated partners.


There are few times in our professional lives where we can become instant heroes throughout our organizations. This is one of them. But, if you are not in it to win it this will be a major opportunity lost.

A panel of Interactive Intelligence judges will determine the contest winner who will be revealed at the Interactive Intelligence global customer and partner event, INTERACTIONS 2014, held June 2-5 in Indianapolis.

While you need not be present to qualify, it might be a good idea to be there. Interactive Intelligence is documenting the entire makeover process (photos, videos, blogs and articles, etc.), and let’s face it having your victory celebration captured for posterity and bragging rights would in a word be “Awesome!”
