TeleTech Secures Position in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Fourth Consecutive Time

This is the fourth consecutive time that TeleTech has been featured in the Leader’s quadrant for Customer Management (CM) Contact Center Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). The report published by Gartner acknowledges TeleTech’s completeness of vision and ability to execute that vision successfully, in accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth by Gartner for the CM Contact Center BPO sector.
