Philadelphia Insurance Companies Wins Two Confirmit ACE Awards

Philadelphia Insurance Companies (PHLY), a member of the Tokio Marine Group, has recently been honored with two 2013 Confirmit ACE (Achievement in Customer Excellence) awards.


Since its inception in 1962, PHLY designs, markets and underwrites commercial property, casualty and professional liability insurance products incorporating value-added coverage and services for select industries.

The company won the Confirmit ACE awards for its Contact Center and Claims service for demonstrating an outstanding achievement in customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and partner satisfaction.

Best Company and "A+" for counterparty credit and financial strength by Standard & Poor's, is nationally recognized as a member of Ward's Top 50 and National Underwriter's Top 100.
