MicroAutomation and Voxeo Announce Strategic Partnership

October 12, 2011

MicroAutomation, a provider of contact center solutions, and Voxeo, a provider of unlocked communications, have entered into a multi-faceted strategic partnership.

As part of the pact, MicroAutomation has been selected into Voxeo’s Preferred Professional Services Partner program to provide IVR and CTI design, development and implementation services, on behalf of Voxeo, to their customers.

Both companies are working to integrate their technologies into existing products.

“Voxeo represents the perfect type of organization to partner with as they share a commitment to meet industry standards and offer support for harnessing the power of cloud hosting. The synergies between our companies are in perfect harmony and we have already received great feedback from our customers,” said Scott Fischer, COO of MicroAutomation, in a statement.

Fischer said that this relationship will put a capital ‘P’ in the term business partnership.

“This partnership further enables us to meet the needs of companies that are looking to outbound IVR as a way to proactively engage customers,” said Clayton Reed, senior vice president, worldwide sales and marketing for Voxeo.

Reed said that the partnership expands both companies’ existing solution base and ultimately enhances the company’s capabilities in the communications application market.

ContactCenterSolutions in January reported that Syntellect and MicroAutomation have established a strategic CRM solutions partnership.

Officials with Syntellect said the joint effort is aimed at bringing world-class integration services and CRM competency to an industry-leading CTI Platform.

Company officials claimed that Syntellect CT Connect is the industry-leading CTI software that allows application developers and systems integrators to create voice self-service, contact center, and unified communications solutions for IP and TDM networks at dramatically lower cost by providing out-of-the-box integration with all major communications systems.

According to company officials, CT Connect, when combined with the free Siebel adapter (also available for Salesforce.com) , becomes a highly scalable, function-rich and cost-effective alternative to Siebel’s CTI Connect product, which is no longer supported by Siebel.
