August 26, 2011

Novus Health, which delivers innovative online and telephone support solutions for today's changing health care environment in Canada, has opened another contact center in Montreal, Quebec. Robin Ingle, CEO, made an announcement to this effect.

"Building our business in Montreal allows us to reinforce our systems and infrastructure," said Ingle, in a press release "It also allows us to better serve our French speaking members with Quebec-based Registered Nurses and other medical staff."

The Montreal contact center, like its counterpart in Toronto, has bilingual staff , registered nurses and medical personnel. Keeping in mind the rapid growth of the company, this state-of-art center has the capacity to scale its member services and technological capacity in a limited way.

This major contact center at Montreal has enhanced Novus Health's capacity to serve the needs of all Canadian members. It is also an expression of the company's extreme commitment to providing quality service to clients while surpassing service level objectives.

Marc Giguère, Vice President of Business Development said in a statement, "Novus Health is committed to providing the best service to its clients; and the investment necessary for a center of this caliber is proof of this dedication. Novus Health values all of its members and clients, and serves all parts of Canada at the highest level possible."

With offices in Toronto and Montreal, Novus Health serves Canadians coast to coast. It also provides assistance to its members and policyholders and empowers them with tools with which they can access trusted health information to make informed health decisions.

In other news, Novus Health announced its partnership with travel health concierge provider InRoomMD and provides InRoomMD members with access to medical assistance, health advocacy and follow-up care, administered whenever possible from the comfort and privacy of their hotel room.
