StreamWIDE Extends Call Management Capacity and Premium Number Offer to Completel

StreamWIDE, a specialist in next generation value-added telephony solutions for telecom carriers, announced that French fiber optic carrier Completel has selected the company to extend their incoming calls management capacity and their premium numbers offer for SME and large corporate accounts


StreamWIDE’s next generation software technology enables legacy system replacement. It also allows for new service offerings in the areas of messaging, ringback tones, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), conferencing, and convergent online charging.  

“Already fully satisfied with the quality of the voicemail solution used by our whole customer base, Completel is happy to extend its partnership with StreamWIDE to enhance further customers satisfaction and boost services revenues,” said Yoann Kolnik, product manager at Completel, in a statement.

Under the terms of the agreement, Completel will strengthen their premium services offering, as early as S2 2011 using StreamWIDE Intelligent Routing (SIR), a high-capacity, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)-based solution designed to streamline the routing of the CRM centers incoming calls.

This next generation core network platform from StreamWIDE will enable Completel to centralize call distribution from its IP network. It will also help the telco reduce routing costs in comparison with legacy systems based on commuting systems located in customer premises.

The partnership will provide Completel's customers with a secured online extranet with an intuitive and visual interface. Users can manage routing parameters, manipulate call centers transfers, organize agents and skills groups, set up traffic parking features and access accurate usage statistics.

Earlier last year, StreamWIDE formed a partnership with Dialogic Corporation, a global provider of multimedia and signal processing solutions, to offer the Dialogic Vision? 1000 Video Gateway with StreamWIDE's media processing software and service creation environment to enable service providers and solution developers to develop innovative mobile value-added services.
