Intelestream Adds Partners to Global Channel Partner Program to Provide Contact Center Solutions

Chicago-based online customer relationship management (CRM) provider, Intelestream, announced it has added seven partners to the company’s Global Channel Partner Program. With this achievement, the company was able to expand to Bermuda, Spain, Puerto Rico, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Iceland, and Saudi Arabia. The company offers local contact center solution support to these clients in their respective countries.


The new clients are Monnov & Saunders in Bermuda, Geoxfere in Spain, EW Consulting in Puerto Rico, Technet Solutions in Bangladesh, iSurf Consulting in Nigeria, Martolvan in Iceland, and Vstoria in Saudi Arabia.

Partners joining the Intelestream Channel Network are authorized by Intelestream to directly sell, provide consulting services, and further customize the intelecrm application.

Launched in 2008, intelecrm offers enterprise level CRM functionality to small and medium-sized businesses.

intelecrm, according to company officials, is an affordable, turn-key CRM solution that can be easily customized according to individual requirements. Users with an Internet connection and a Web browser can use the application.

The company adopted a unique pricing model that charges subscribers according to the quantity of records and data storage used, rather than the number of users accessing the system, company officials said.

Another approach, the “pay-for-what-you-need,” is used to bill users for only the features and add-ons they require. This feature, according to Intelestream officials, is appealing to small businesses on a budget. Basic edition pricing for intelecrm, which includes unlimited users, starts at $20 per month.

 “Companies of all sizes are looking for cost effective, yet powerful solutions to help grow their businesses and we are very pleased to be working with partners around the world that recognize these inherent qualities of intelecrm,” said Julian Kopald, channel director for Intelestream, in a statement.

Recently, the company also announced the addition of three partners to its USA Channel Partner Program.
