Demandbase Real-Time Identification Service Covers Businesses in North America and Europe

Demandbase’s Real-Time ID service can accurately identify more than 75 percent of Web visits from businesses in these regions. This allows customers to provide a more personalized and engaging Web experience based on a specific account, company, size or the industry of the inbound visitor.

Also personalization by these account-based dimensions is expected to increase online conversion rates for new prospects besides generating higher retention and engagement of existing customers, added company sources.

The Demandbase database and cloud-based technology helps companies in the U.S., Canada and Europe to significantly increase customer conversions rates and online sign-ups. The Demandbase platform enables companies to deliver a Web experience with industry-specific messages, shorter Web forms and customer product offers.

It also includes crowd sourced data and explicit feedback loops procured from hundreds of millions of Web visits made to over 2,000 B2B Web sites.

According to company sources this combination of multi-sourced data, further enhanced by the accumulated business intelligence, enables Demandbase to identify business traffic to deliver information in real-time. It also eliminates the use of cookies or other tracking mechanisms.

Demandbase’s Real-Time ID Service incorporates an open API that integrates with Web chat, CRM, Web analytics, marketing automation and CMS platforms for providing immediate actionable information. This enhances existing Web technologies and the added intelligence gathered provides an account-based view of Web traffic to increase productivity of the B2B marketing organization.
