TOA Technologies Recognized for Workforce Optimization Solutions

The report from Gartner also named TOA as a "best of breed field workforce optimization vendor."

The newly patented system from TOA Technologies can lessen the service or delivery window to one hour which identifies arrival time with an accuracy of 96 percent. Gartner's report showed that by 2012, at least 18 percent of new application components will be sold as SaaS subscription models, not just purchased and deployed on-premise. It's up from 5 to 6 percent in 2009. The percentage of technicians with wireless access to a formal packaged field service management (FSM) solution in large enterprises will also grow from 25 percent in 2010 to 50 percent by 2010.
