HOV Global Acquires Dataforce

HOV Global Services LLC, a unit of Rustic Canyon LLC, a $100 million committed acquisition fund established to acquire small to mid-size BPO companies managed by HandsOn Ventures, LLC has acquired Dataforce Interact Limited (Dataforce).

With approximately 300 employees spread across two state of the art centers in Northampton, England, Dataforce is an integrated multi-channel customer interaction and BPO provider in the U.K. 
It handles multiple customer response activities for a variety of blue chip customers in the government, charity, retail, travel, construction and utilities sectors.
Officials with HOV Global said that the acquisition of Dataforce is consistent with HandsOn's strategy of acquiring global business process outsourcing companies to deliver superior value to current and prospective clients through its globally positioned resources. 
Company officials said that this acquisition will strengthen and expand HandsOn capabilities and reinforce HandsOn's European presence, as well as, provide an additional platform to cross sell and up sell services among HOV Global world-wide group of companies.
Recently HOV Global announced that it has completes the acquisition of EMR Insurance Services Ltd (EMR). 
EMR provides auto insurance services, healthcare and benefits management services to the some of the largest insurance companies and corporations in the world. 
HandsOn plans to launch, cross-sell and up-sell services across the entire HandsOn managed companies suite of backend services yielding significant cost-savings and growth potential; and leverage its global presence of over 12,000 associates in the United States, United Kingdom, India, China, Canada and Mexico in its portfolio companies.
The acquisition of EMR paves the way of HOV Global into the European BPO marketplace and introduces a number of opportunities across the Rustic Canyon portfolio.
