iQor Releases LoQus to Simplify Technology Management

August 20, 2009

Global provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) services iQor has launched an application that it claims simplifies technology management.

Named LoQus, the application has been designed to enable ordinary business users to oversee many critical technology functions.

LoQus is part of iQor's fully integrated suite, TeQ2. Vikas Kapoor, president and CEO of iQor, said in a release that the new application features iTunes-like interfaces that control all aspects of their environment, from application or internet access to telephony to data extraction.

LoQus completely automates these functions and is thus successful in reducing human errors as well as providing ironclad data security to clients, he added.

As part of TeQ21, LoQus seamlessly interacts with each major system in the global platform. The application is powered by iQor’s fully virtualized network, RadiQloud—a large all-digital Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP) network in the BPO industry.

iQor was in news earlier this month for hiring more agents at its Columbus Center of Excellence. The company announced that they will hire around 100 agents in the next two months.

According to Kapoor, they are hiring as Columbus is one of their strongest performing centers and will continue to seek out talent in the Columbus area to help achieve their goals.
