Customer Inter@ction Solutions Names AnswerNet to its Top 50 Inbound Teleservices Agencies for 2009

Customer Inter@ction Solutions, a Technology Marketing Corporation print publication focused on the call center industry, has named AnswerNet, the world’s largest telemessaging firm and a full service provider of inbound, outbound and e-bound contact center services, as one of the Top 50 Inbound Teleservices Agencies for 2009.


The magazine’s Top 50 ranking recognizes the premier inbound and outbound teleservices agencies as measured by the amount of billable teleservices minutes they completed during the past year.

Customer Inter@ction Solutions named AnswerNet the 18th largest inbound teleservices agency in 2009, its seventh consecutive year in the Top 50.

Combined with its 16th place ranking in the Top 50 for outbound services, AnswerNet’s inclusion in the inbound category highlights its growth and standing in the teleservices industry.
