CRMIT Opening New Customer Experience Center in Atlanta

There's been some exciting news for CRMIT Solutions and Atlanta. CRMIT Solutions, a provider of cloud-based customer experience solutions, announced on July 4 they will be opening a new Customer Experience Center in Atlanta.

This new Customer Experience Center will be used to provide customers with comprehensive cloud and Customer Experience solutions. The new center will bring more resources to CRMIT, expanding their reach across the United States from their current headquarters in the Bay Area.

Customers of CRMIT receive assistance in building better customer service. CRMIT delivers SAAS-based customer experience solutions and consulting, with various CRM++ application offerings for rapid deployment. The company has over 200 certified CRM and customer experience consultants working for them globally. These solutions and consultants are able to help businesses assist customers through web, social media, mobile and contact centers from anywhere in the world.

This move by CRMIT is representative of the excellent growth the company has been experiencing. In response to an increase in demand for cloud computing solutions, CRMIT has seen a large amount of growth, and intends to take advantage of this through a series of expansions. It is yet to be seen if CRMIT will be hiring locally in Atlanta, or will be bringing its own certified consultants to the new customer experience center.
