FCR to Bring 100 Call Center Jobs to Grants Pass with the Expansion of the Existing Facility

The Grants Pass, Oregon job market recently received a boost with a nationally reputed outsourced call center service provider expanding its operation that makes room for 100 new hires.

Businesses have come to understand that their relation with the customers does not merely end with the selling of a solution or service. In fact the journey just begins there. Much of a company’s success will depend on how well it can keep customers satisfied post-sale. This does not only help build customer loyalty and win repeat customers, in an age of social media, a satisfied customer can play the role of an unpaid publicist for the business too. And a customer that does not find the customer support services adequate is most likely to do just the opposite. Thus a happy customer is the first step to business success today.

Given the importance of customer satisfaction, companies are placing a lot of emphasis in building up a strong customer support team and the businesses that are not n a position to build up their own support infrastructure, are simply outsourcing the job to the call center service providers. This explains the lot of activities happening in the outsourced call center services space. First Call Resolution, a provider of outsourced live agent call center and businesses process solutions is one of the many companies to gain from the trend.

The company serves a large clientele in diverse sectors starting from travel, finance, telecom and transportation to insurance and many more. The company already maintains 5 contact centers across Oregon. But growing business drove the company to expand its operations. Thus the company has decided to invest in a new call center facility that would allow it to hire more agents and ramp up its capacities.

The construction site for the new facility is adjacent to the existing call center. The expansion will add another 5,167 square feet to its current operations in Grants Pass. The expansion creates 100 new call center jobs, giving a boost to local job market. The facility is scheduled for opening on 1st July, 2014.
