CorvisaCloud Debuts CorvisaOne, a Hosted Voice and SMS Platform

May 07, 2014

CorvisaCloud, a provider of cloud-based contact center software, stated that its newly released CorvisaOne is a hosted voice and SMS platform that enables users to enjoy the freedom to build ideal communications solution without having to start from scratch. Both businesses and developers now have the ability and flexibility to create custom applications that suit communications needs.

The new platform was said to be developed from the company’s belief that one size does not fit all for communications software. Users should execute businesses not based on what a product can do, but what they want to do. One can now bring specific contact center visions to fruition, while extending the longevity of IT investments.

With CorvisaOne, users are equipped with the necessary APIs, Git deployment environment, test frameworks and more to create powerful, modern voice and SMS applications – without having to worry about infrastructure or maintenance.

Matt Lautz, president of CorvisaCloud, explained, “Our goal is to offer businesses the ultimate flexibility by meeting 100 percent of their needs instead of just 80 or 90 percent. Our new platform-plus-product model allows any customer to have the ideal voice communications solution for their business without worrying about upfront expenditures, ongoing maintenance or scalability. We believe this will bring significant value to enterprises with complex communication needs while letting developers focus on developing great apps instead of managing infrastructure. The opportunities for what can be created are really limitless.”

The new platform leverages the CorvisaCloud’s network which maintains stringent compliance and security standards as well as enterprise-level Quality of Service (QoS) SLAs—along with options for private peering connectivity. The company also removes the need for businesses to buy or manage their own infrastructure by handling all hosting, scaling, and backend support on its enterprise-class network.
