April 16, 2014

Many companies are increasingly moving towards the idea of partnering with companies across the globe to expand their customer base in those respective countries. One such company is Interactive Intelligence Group Inc, a company that specializes in providing telecommunication solutions to businesses around the world. Recently, it has partnered with AWAL , the IT subsidiary of Saudi Telecom Company (STC), to reach out to customers located in Saudi Arabia.

Under the terms of the agreement, AWAL will sell the business automation, contact center and unified communications products of Interactive Intelligence to all verticals that operate within Saudi Arabia. This agreement reflects the growing demand for communication solutions in Saudi Arabia, as a technology revolution is sweeping the Kingdom. As a result of this technological growth, a new class of consumers has emerged, and these consumers want to have access to the highest quality of service. The needs of these new customers have led to an increase in call center operations, as more and more organizations are competing to beef up their quality of service.

Outside of giving a boost to call center operations in Saudi, this agreement is expected to be beneficial for both the companies in other ways. It gives Interactive Intelligence a stronger foothold in the Kingdom and offers a base to expand to other countries in the middle-east. This region is vital for all communication companies today because of its demographics and the possibility for explosive growth within the next few years. With this partnership, Interactive Intelligence is likely to have a bigger lead when compared to its competitors. As for AWAL, it is constantly looking to fill the gap between connectivity and IT infrastructure, and this partnership helps to close the gap.  For customers, this partnership is a big win, it is sure to give them prompt and excellent service from call centers.
