TELUS International Selects QlikView from QlikTech

TELUS International has selected the cloud-based QlikView solution from QlikTech to improve efficiency in the company. Telus will also use this solution to provide valuable information about call center operations to its clients.


TELUS works for some prestigious names in the international market. The company was looking to improve the customer service it offered by being able to analyze its own data in a better way. It was also looking for a way to solve customer issues quickly and efficiently.

QlikView solution will allow TELUS to focus more on the service it provides and pass on the same advantage to its clients. It will also serve the company’s mission to stay ahead of the technology curve in the call center industry. QlikView solution allows TELUS to report the amount of income an agent generates for a client. Going beyond service level metrics, the data generated also looks how the agents create business.

The QlikView Business Discovery platform provides state of the art self-service BI for customers. It consolidates relevant data from numerous sources and facilitates social decision making through secure, real-time collaboration. The users will be able to visualize data with engaging graphics and interact with dynamic apps, dashboards and analytics. They can also access, analyze and capture data from mobile devices.
