BenchmarkPortal uses its database of best-practice metrics to decide the winners of these awards. These metrics focus on efficiency and effectiveness and the process consists of completing an independent survey measuring customer satisfaction. The survey has revealed that more than 80% of the company's customers are satisfied or extremely satisfied with its services.
Most of the customers were satisfied with the company's contact center services as they had to wait less on queues, when calling up its customer service. The time taken to answer queries was also efficient when compared to other contenders, the survey revealed. The Edmentum support center provides knowledge over numerous of company's learning solutions.
