Atlantic Grupa Opening New Call Center

Atlantic Grupa is just the latest company looking to add staff to a brand new call center. The company announced in a recent statement that it is bringing a new regional contact center that will service markets such as Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia. The contact center will apparently also be able to service people who are living in the Macedonia and Montenegro area.


When it comes to this kind of customer service, a huge priority has to be put on making sure that the customers are actually happy with the service they are receiving. There are far too many contact centers around the globe that use the “hope and pray” method when it comes to customer satisfaction. While some people assume that this approach is something that only affects companies in the U.S., there are all kinds of international companies that are also starting to see a real drag in their customer satisfaction numbers.

The Atlantic Grupa company says that their employees at this brand new contact center will be able to help customers Monday through Friday. Among the ways in which people can contact employees is through regular old phone calls, or through email support. The company says that the employees that will be staffing this particular call center are of the highest quality and that they know the brands on which they will be conversing. The company will be using a sharepoint solution that will keep a log that unifies the data for what has been coming into the company’s call center.

This particular call center is expected to greatly come to the aid of the Atlantic Grupa marketing department. The center will be able to facilitate more ease when talking about marketing drives, prize games and loyalty programs.
