AnyHour Solutions to Provide 24/7 Call Center Outsourcing Services to Arizona-based First Credit Union

First Credit Union of Chandler, AZ  recently selected AnyHour Solutions for its comprehensive 24/7 call center outsourcing services, which will help them supplement their existing internal call center with overflow support during the workday and also after the credit union is closed.


AnyHour Solutions has been providing contact center services to credit unions for a very long time. The company helps its credit union partners to enhance service to their members, increase loan volume, and reduce operating expenses.

In order to select an outsourcing partner, First CU followed a strict selection process, which included careful consideration of five different vendors. Out of these, AnyHour Solutions emerged as the perfect option.

Under the terms of this recent agreement, AnyHour will be providing First Credit Union of Chandler, with its AnyHour MSR service – 24/7 comprehensive member service support – via usage of their integrated call center solution provided by KIVA Group, Inc.

KIVA Group is a multi-channel sales and service CRM software vendor. Its software solution provides a real-time interface to First CU’s in-house core processing system enabled by the SymConnect data integration API.

Officials said that the software solution will also offer the functionality needed to automate the loan application integration to the Symitar ELA system, to be used by AnyHour agents in providing their 24/7, AnyHour Loan-By-Phone service.

Recently, TMC reported that MeridianLink has installed the KIVA Respect Service Bus integration platform to get banks and credit unions up and running more quickly with its account opening and loan origination solutions.
