Statera Implements Salesforce.com for Client Recruiting Firm

By using the Salesforce.com or SFDC Quick Start methodology, Statera deployed a functional configuration of the SFDC Sales Cloud in two weeks. It helped the client with project management, requirements gathering, business analysis, configuration, reporting and training tasks.

According to officials, Statera also implemented campaign and e-mail template functionality and new business processes which will manage invitation distribution for the client’s recruiting conferences.

Salesforce Touch was enabled for the client for offering support to mobile capabilities, besides eliminating unused views and fields for streamlining the management of new fields and to track accounts and contacts.

The implementation covered sales and marketing functions also which greatly improved communication with new and existing candidates besides launching more options for marketing initiatives and opportunities. This helped increase client touch points besides reducing time and resources for managing recruiting events for the recruiting firm.
